A mobile intelligence robot for offering service contents and having a location guide function is provided to develop and supply customized guide contents suitable for an equivalent institution in a public place used by many people, and to furnish information or amusement services to visitors or to conduct location guidance. A mobile intelligent robot(1) for offering service contents and having a location guide function comprises as follows. From a patch(3) made of a material for reflecting infrared rays of a ceiling(2), a voice recognition module equipped in a microcomputer recognizes a relative location and direction for a landmark having an ID, and recognizes a voice. Based on information from an administration DB in which a voice announcement is stored, the robot properly copes with contents of a conversation through a response unit. A touch screen is equipped in the mobile intelligence robot, so that a visitor is able to use various contents and desired information through operation. When a guide service is requested through the touch screen, the microcomputer recognizes requested information to control the robot to move to an equivalent position. |
