A bioelectrical impedance analysis apparatus is provided to grasp the state of an object exactly by obtaining bio-information and part-base circumference information of the object. A bioelectrical impedance analysis apparatus comprises a bioelectrical impedance measuring unit and a circumference information scanning unit. The bioelectrical impedance measuring unit comprises an inter-digital electrode(110) and a impedance measurement part(120). The circumference information scanning unit comprises one or more illuminating units(130), and one or more imaging units(140) and a controller(150). The illuminating units consecutively irradiate light according to longitudinal direction of a human body. The imaging units take a picture of contour lines of the human body formed by the light irradiated from the illuminating unit. The controller produces a measure result. The controller analyzes the contour line circumference information of the human body.
