A table legs folding device is provided, which makes assembly and separation of the table legs facilitated and maintains the combination state stable. A table legs folding device comprises: a main bracket(20) having a first support piece(22) and a second support piece(24); a sub-bracket(30) which is slide-combined with the second support piece; a table legs support bracket(40) which is pivotally and closely connected between the first support piece and sub-bracket; an elastic member(50) prepared in the outer side surface of the table legs support bracket corresponding to the first support piece; and a rotator(60) hinge-coupled with the table legs support bracket.
