A device and a method for processing dynamic context are provided to perform dynamic inference for various kinds of dynamic context obtained from a plurality of sensors by temporarily generating an instance and a query of ontology corresponding to the dynamic context. A dynamic context expression intermediary repository(10) stores an n-triple expression intermediary corresponding to an ontology schema model. A dynamic context definer(11) determines dynamic context received from the outside as an ontology model by using the n-triple expression intermediary. A query definer(12) determines a query model needed for recognizing context determined by the dynamic context definer. A dynamic context processor(13) determines inference based on an inference rule by using the ontology model corresponding to the context determined by the dynamic context definer and the query model determined by the query definition.
