<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic tea maker capable of supplying both cold and hot drinks according to taste. <P>SOLUTION: The tea maker includes a base, an operation cup, a thermal carafe and a control panel. The thermal carafe equipped with a warmer on the bottom is located on the base; the operation cup equipped with a pouring port on the bottom is provided on the container support on the base; the base is provided with a pouring port; and the container support is provided with an upper hole in a portion adjacent to the pouring port of the operation cup and also with a lower hole located above the thermal carafe. Between the upper and the lower hole, there is installed a solenoid valve. The solenoid valve and a button for selecting time for making drinks on the control panel are connected to the electronic control circuit. On the base, there is also installed a pot supporting base, on which a heater, a temperature sensor, and a pot having a release port are provided on the bottom. The temperature sensor is connected with an electronic circuit for temperature control on the control panel, The release port and the pouring port for supplying water for making drinks are connected with each other through a path connecting means for opening/closing the path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
