<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination information input device allowing a routine sentence to be easily called. <P>SOLUTION: The medical examination information input device is provided with: a medical examination information storage means stored with the medical examination information of a patient; a template information storage means stored with the information of a template for inputting medical examination information for each item; a routine sentence information storage means stored with information related with a routine sentence; a display control means for displaying a medical examination information input picture on a display means; a code input means for inputting a routine sentence code; and a retrieval means for retrieving the routine sentence information storage means according to the input of the routine sentence code, and for reading the routine sentence information. The display control means is configured to erase the routine sentence code inputted based on the routine sentence information read by the retrieval means, and to control the display of the corresponding routine sentence instead, and to control the storage of the displayed routine sentence in the medical examination information storage means according to an instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
