PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of improving uniformity of luminance.

SOLUTION: The light-emitting device is provided with an LED 42 as a light-emitting element arranged on a mounting surface (a flat surface) of a substrate 41 and on a standard line α, a reflecting member 45 arranged on the mounting surface of the substrate 41 and on the standard line α and reflecting light from the LED 42 to a direction with a perpendicular (Y) direction component of the mounting surface of the substrate 41 increased, and a refractive member 43 arranged on a straight line (X) between the LED 42 and the reflecting member 45, structured by a lens equipped with a peripheral surface (a curved surface) 43A having a given curvature onto a direction (Z) crossing at right angles with the straight line and the perpendicular (Y) direction of the mounting surface (a flat surface) and projecting light from the LED 42 to the reflecting member 45 by making to refract at the peripheral surface (a curved surface) 43A.
