<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplification method by which a gene can highly sensitively and simply be expressed or determined. <P>SOLUTION: This nucleic acid amplification method comprises hybridizing a target gene 1 with two kinds of oligonucleotide probes 21 having base sequence portions 12, 22 recognizing the target gene and base sequence portions 13, 23 not related to the target gene, ligating two kinds of oligonucleotide probes with a DNA ligase, and then subjecting the produced single strand oligonucleotide to LAMP amplification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
