PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to use a portion whose main function is to display and a portion whose main function is to operate in a switching manner without separating them in a fixed manner.

SOLUTION: A mobile telephone device has a plurality of screens A and B whereon a transparent touch sensor T is arranged. Display control is performed to select either the screen A or B as a screen mainly for operation and the other as a screen mainly for display.
