PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the influence of an operation temperature on delay time in a timing adjustment circuit, for instance, a signal delay circuit. SOLUTION: In the timing adjustment circuit provided with a reference potential generation circuit whose components are a ferroelectric capacitor where clock signals are supplied to one electrode, a transistor where the potential of the other electrode of the ferroelectric capacitor is supplied to a gate and a resistor where the potential of a connection point with the transistor is output as a reference potential, the reference potential is supplied to the gate of each transistor connected between each inverter in two or more stages constituting an inverter chain inside the adjustment circuit and a grounding potential to the inverter.
