PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal capable of easily setting the connection information of an access point for receiving the provision of roaming services and a Web certification information by a public radio LAN. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal has a connection-information conserving section conserving the connection information for a connection at the access point of the public radio LAN and the Web certification information and a mapping-table storage section storing a mapping table used for generating the connection information for the connection at the access point of the public radio LAN at a roaming place and the Web certification information on the basis of the connection information at the access point of the public radio LAN conserved in the connection-information conserving section and the Web certification information. The radio communication terminal further has a roaming connection-information generating section generating the connection information at the access point of the public radio LAN at the roaming place and the Web certification information from the connection information at the access point of the public radio LAN specified by a user and the Web certification information while referring to the mapping table.
