PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifying device capable of attaining high efficiency and low power consumption by improving distortion characteristics in load fluctuation in constitution without an isolator. SOLUTION: A control part 17 computes a gain of a power amplifier 10 using input/output wave detection voltage from a wave detecting circuit 13 and a wave detecting circuit 15, and transmits a voltage control signal to a DC/DC converter 18 for supplying the power amplifier 10 with collector voltage based on a relational expression associating the gain of the power amplifier 10 with a collector voltage value of the power amplifier 10, referring to a memory 16. In this case, the correlation between the gain and ACLR in the power amplifier 10 is utilized to control supply voltage according to the gain characteristics of the power amplifier 10, and voltage corresponding to load impedance is supplied to the power amplifier 10.
