PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal board allowing the dimension of an output terminal in the board short side direction to be increased; an armoring body capable of preventing ends of the terminal board from being viewed from window parts and having a good-looking appearance; and a battery pack provided with the terminal board and an armoring frame, reduced in thickness, and having a good-looking appearance. SOLUTION: This battery pack 1 includes a unit cell 2, a protective circuit board 4 arranged on a side surface of the unit cell 2, and an armoring frame 9 for covering the four side surfaces of the unit cell 2. The protective circuit board 4 includes a protective circuit mounting part 41 with a protective circuit mounted thereon on the back surface, and three output terminals 42 on the front surface. In addition, the protective circuit board is provided, at the longitudinal center part of a flat surface of the protective circuit board 4, with rectangular plate-like projecting parts 43, 43 projecting from both ends in the short side direction of the flat surface. Window parts 91b for exposing the output terminals 42 are formed on a flat surface covering part of the armoring frame 9 for covering the flat surface of the board, and fitting holes 91d, 91d for fitting the projecting parts 43, 43 thereto are formed at the center part of an end surface covering part covering an end surface of the board.
