PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor having a labeling function for surely extracting a specific object in a short time from an image, without causing an overflow, even when having a stack memory of small capacity. SOLUTION: This image processor has a reduction processing part 20 for generating a reduction image by reducing an original image at a reduction rate determined according to an expected pixel size of the specific object included in the original image, a reduction image labeling processing part 24 for extracting a specific object area included in the reduction image by attaching the same label to a plurality of continuous pixels having the same attribute among the pixels constituting the reduction image, and an object identifying processing part 26 identifying an object as the specific object included in the original image by enlarging the specific object area extracted by the reduction image labeling processing part 24 into a size of the original image.
