PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model generation device, a model generation method and a model generation program, for generating a highly precise analytic model while suppressing the increase of a scale in a structural body where two structural members are bonded through a bonding member whose thickness is smaller than the width of its bonding face. SOLUTION: This analytic model acquired by a model generation device following the configuration of this embodiment is generated by constraining a bonding point on a first boning face in the first structural member 210 corresponding to a bonding region of the first structural member 210 and the third structural member 230 and a bonding point on a second bonding face in the second structural member 220 corresponding to the bonding region of the second structural member 220 and the third structural member 230 according to a relational formula corresponding to physical characteristics of the third structural member 230.
