PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing apparatus which is comparatively inexpensive in manufacturing cost, is high in the heating efficiency of a fixing member to shorten a warm-up time or a first print time, and does not occur failure such as faulty fixing even when accelerating the speed of the apparatus, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a heating member. SOLUTION: The fixing apparatus comprises; a flexible endless fixing member 21 that moves in a predetermined direction for heating and melting a toner image T; a heating member 22 that is fixed to the fixing member 21 to face an inner peripheral surface of the fixing member 21 for heating the fixing member 21; and a pressing member 31 that provides a nipping part by pressing into contact with the fixing member 21 for conveying a recording medium P.
