PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling module which reduces the deterioration of wiggle characteristics, when external force is applied, to suppress an optical loss and improves communication quality, and also provide an optical connector and a fixing member thereof. SOLUTION: An optical coupling module, the module for mounting and removing an optical fiber to an optical communication-executing device, is provided with; a sleeve 102 which covers and connects an optical fiber; a sleeve case 103 which covers the sleeve 102; and a guiding part 114 which guides an optical connector so that the optical fiber exposed on the front end of an externally inserted optical connector may enter the inside of the sleeve 102. The guiding part 114 has an elastic body 115 which is deformed by the insertion of the optical connector to fix the optical connector. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
