PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit of motor rotation, by which the motor control circuit detects a temperature and performs control to lower a revolution speed if the temperature is low, by adding a small amount of hardware, when driven by a stepping motor. SOLUTION: The stepping motor rotation control circuit 10 includes a pulse control circuit 11, wherein the pulse control circuit has a circuit which detects the temperature and outputs a level (Vth1) having negative characteristics to the temperature, and a circuit which supplies a stepping motor driver circuit 20 with a pulse signal wherein a pulse quantity per cycle is decreased, as the level to be output becomes high.
