PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and stably attach a new exterior wall panel in removing the existing exterior wall panel on the gable side and attaching to the existing truss when attaching the new exterior wall panel to the existing truss. SOLUTION: The existing exterior wall panels 3 etc. on the gable side having been attached to the existing trusses 1, 2 are removed, and panel support frames 10, 11 are attached to the existing trusses 1, 2. The ends of the new exterior wall panels 8 etc. along the vertical direction are brought into contact with the receiving members 22 etc. along the vertical direction of the panel support frames 10, 11, and at the same time the surfaces of the new exterior wall panels 8 etc. are made nearly flush with the surfaces of the exterior wall panels 8 etc. placed immediately below them.
