PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently assemble a beam reinforcement from a beam bar and a stirrup in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This beam reinforcement assembling base comprises a plurality of pairs of base assemblies 20 which are paired by first and second base bodies 21 and 22, and a stirrup retainer base 31 for vertically supporting the inside portion of the upper side of the stirrup is mounted on retainer base supporting members 25 of the at least one pair of base assemblies 20. A first beam-bar supporting rod material 36 is detachably attached to the base assembly 20, and the beam bar constituting an upside beam bar group is horizontally supported on the beam-bar supporting rod material 36. A second beam bar supporting rod material 41 is detachably attached to the base assembly 20; the beam bar constituting a downside beam bar group is horizontally supported on the beam bar supporting rod material 41; and the stirrups supported on the stirrup retainer base 31 are displaced downward after being arranged at each predetermined interval on the upside beam bar group.
