PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance device of an elevator capable of easily performing the door stop without damaging a sill groove or a closed end of a door. SOLUTION: In the maintenance device of the elevator having a door opening part 23 of a U-shaped section for operating a door 1 from a locked state to an unlocked state, door-stop parts 21, 22 are installed, which extend outwardly in its width direction from both ends of the U-shaped opening, and have the opening width larger than the width of a sill groove 4 for guiding the opening/closing operation of a lower end of the door 1, and are provided with the elasticity in the width direction of the opening, and fitted in the sill groove 4.
