The invention relates to a method (30) for fabricating an electronic system security-protected by means of a security protection device attached to at least a first integrated circuit. According to the invention, since the security protection device forms a second integrated circuit (1) having at least one network of electrical connections (14), the method comprises: an assembly step (34), for assembling the security protection device and the first integrated circuit, in order to form the system; a capture step (38), for capturing a reference electrical image specific to the network of electrical connections of the system formed; and a reconfiguration step (310) for reconfiguring the system formed, in order to compare an electrical image to be captured during operation of the first integrated circuit with the reference electrical image. The invention also relates to the corresponding security protection device (1) and to the corresponding security-protected electronic system.
