METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLING BELL SOUND OF THE MOBILE TERMINAL USING HOME NETWORK

PURPOSE: A bell sound control method of a mobile terminal and an apparatus thereof using home network for recognizing a current location of the mobile terminal are provided to control the bell sound of the mobile apparatus for confirming the location of the mobile apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) module(450) performs communications using UPnP. A mobile terminal search module(460) establishes the controlled device to find the mobile terminal. A mobile terminal search module requests bell sound information of the controlled device. The mobile terminal search module receives the bell sound information. The mobile terminal search module transmits bell sound setting information set by the user.
