PURPOSE: A polyester non-woven fabric panel for an interior material, and a manufacturing method thereof provides thermal insulation, absorbing, convenience construction, and lightness properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyester non-woven fabric panel for an interior material is as follows: A polyester web is formed by picking and blowing polyester short fiber and polyester low melting short fiber of a sheath-core type. A fiber web of the 4~20mm thickness is formed by processing the polyester web. A three-dimensional non-woven fabric panel is formed by needle-punching the fiber web twice. A thermally fixed non-woven fabric panel is formed by heat-treating the three-dimensional non-woven fabric panel. And the thermally fixed non-woven fabric panel is cut. |
