<p>The residential building comprises thermal insulations of the exterior walls of the cellar ceiling, an attic, and windows with double wall insulation glass. An energy-efficient ventilation with heat exchange is provided between supply and exhaust air through heat exchangers. An economical application of an electric house heating is provided. The electric house heating is operated by current from coal, oil and gas power plants. The primary energy is stored in the power plant by supplying current from the roof solar plant of the residential building.</p> |
