<p>To provide a heat exchanger and an air conditioner that are capable of improving heat exchange efficiency in correspondence to phase changes in refrigerant. A heat exchanger (23, 42, 52) is configured to cause refrigerant to pass therethrough while changing the state of the refrigerant and comprises plural fins (61) and pipes (62, 64, 65, 66, 67). The plural fins (61) are arranged side-by-side in a plate thickness direction of the fins (61). The pipes (62, 64, 65, 66, 67) penetrate the plural fins (61) from the plate thickness direction. Additionally, the pipes (62, 64, 65, 66, 67) branch at least two times such that the number of pipes through which the refrigerant passes increases between a first inlet/outlet (G) to and from a heat exchange component (60) comprising the plural fins (61) and second inlets/outlets (S 1 to S4) to and from the heat exchange component (60).</p> |
