or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, biohydrolysable ester, biohydrolysable amide, biohydrolysable carbamate, solvate or hydrate thereof, wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , Y 3 and R 14 have the meanings given in the specification. The compounds are kinase inhibitors and are useful in treating a number of disorders, including cancer, inflammation, dementia related diseases and arthritis.
