PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitamin A compound composition which controls the oxidative decomposition of the vitamin A compound and has good solubility, and to provide a drink or food containing the vitamin A compound composition. SOLUTION: This soluble vitamin A compound composition stable against oxidation is obtained by mixing the vitamin A compound with β-lactoglobulin and/or a β-lactoglobulin-containing substance and then emulsifying the mixture. The drink or food reinforced with the vitamin A compound in a stable state is obtained by formulating the vitamin A compound composition into a drink or food. |
