PURPOSE: A method and a system for operating a customized offset plan product using a non-faced channel and a recording medium therefor are provided to supply an offset plan service to a loan account by a mobility saving account, thereby activating an offset plan product. CONSTITUTION: A customer terminal is connected to an offset plan application request processing server(100) through an interface unit(105). An interface providing unit(110) provides a user interface to a customer terminal through the interface unit. An information confirming unit(120) confirms one or more mobility saving product of a customer. An information receiving unit(115) receives the offset plant application request information. The customer is connected by a non-facing channel. |
