DEVICE AND METHOD FOR BLOCKING SPAM BASED ON TURING TEST IN VOIP SERVICE

PURPOSE: A device and a method for blocking spam based on turing test in VOIP service are provided to recognize whether a normal originator is classified as a spammer by transmitting the turing test result to the originator. CONSTITUTION: A spam blocking device comprises a query unit, a determining unit and a spam policy unit. An originator requests the outbound call. The query unit transmits the inquiring massage of the turing test to originator. The determining unit compares the coincidence of the correct answer of the response message of originator and inquiring massage. Based on the comparison result of the determining unit, the spam policy unit changes the state of originator.
