PURPOSE: Hand-held chopsticks are provided, which reduces demand of wooden chopsticks, facilitates carrying, and is capable of hygienical management. CONSTITUTION: Hand-held chopsticks comprise a top body(1) and a bottom body(2) which are separated from each other; an insertion part(31) which is projected in a cylindrical shape; a projection(32) formed into the curve which is continues from the upper end of the insertion part; a fixed protrusion(3) equipped with a guide groove(33) expanded from the diameter surface of the insertion part; and a fixing groove(4) which is inserted along the curved surface of the guide groove and is fixed.
