PURPOSE: A multi-structure membrane which prevents tissue adhesion is provided to stably protect wound and separate the wound from tissue and organ. CONSTITUTION: A multi-structure membrane which prevents tissue adhesion comprises a tissue adhesion layer containing collagen, gelatin, elastin, chitin, or chitosan, and a lubrication layer containing alginic acid, pectin, carrageenin, gellan gum, carboxymethylcelluose, hyaluronic acid or polysaccharide of dextran. The tissue adhesion layer is cross-lined using glutaraldehyde, formalin, N-(3-dimethylamidopropyl)-N'-ethylcarbodiimide or N-hydroxysulfo-succinimide sodium salt. The tissue adhesion layer has 0.1-1,000 of thickness.
