PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for transmitting leakage signal suppression in RFID reader are provided to effectively suppress the leakage signals by controlling the leakage signal of another amplitude/phase through two individual amplitude/phase shifters. CONSTITUTION: A first power distributor(201) distributes a transmission signal. The first power distributor outputs the first transmission signal and the second transmission signal. A first amplitude/phase shifter(206) changes the amplitude and phase of the first transmission signal. The first amplitude/phase shifter creates a first conversion signal. A first power synthesizer(212) synthesizes the first conversion signal with the first leakage signal. The first leakage signal is created to be related to the fourth transmission signal of the second power divider(202).
