ARCH YIELDING NOT LOCKED WITH CROSS BEAM AT BASE OF WORKING SUPPORT

Arch yielding not locked with cross beam at base of working support for workings in difficult mining-geological conditions at large depth of working includes roofing and side standpipes made of segments of trough profile and rigidly fixed at segments at outer perimeter of arch support elements arranged as wedges each of which has elastic elements between flat faces. Broad bottoms of arch segments made of trough profile are directed towards rock massif. Side standpipes are in addition locked with cross beam at base of working. The arch is equipped with compensators of impact and static loads and rock destruction out of support of working hinged on segments. Each of compensators includes hollow wedge made of two parts. In the cavity of hollow wedge continuous wedge is installed, and rod made of low-modulus material. Hollow wedge is hinged in opening between rigidly connected facets of trihedral prism at outer surfaces of facets of which sharp cross wedges are fixed. Sharp rib of trihedral prism is directed towards rock massif. The upper sharp ends of the hollow and continuous wedges go through opening in the top of trihedral prism. Flat ends of continuous wedge and the rod made of low-modulus material interact one with another. Ends of the long side of bottom of trihedral prism are bended and rigidly fixed on the inner surfaces of the facets of trihedral prism. Bottom of the prism interacts with the bottom of the segment of arch in trough shape of the profile through elastic elements that are rigidly fixed at the outer surface of the bottom of trihedral prism that is hinged at the bottom of segment of profile arch in trough shape. Con-rods are rigidly fixed in cuts on facets of trihedral prism.
