N,P TYPE SORTING APPATATUS OF BROKEN-WAFER AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: An n, p type sorting apparatus of a broken-wafer and its method are provided to minimize air pollution and the activation of the allied industries by using a metal silicon powder as a metal solvent or a catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A metal silicon is selected through a selector(3). The selected metal silicon is put into in a conveyor belt(11). The putted metal silicon(12) is arranged by an aligner(4). The metal silicon is excited by passing the metal silicon through an exciter(5). The excited metal silicon is passed through an electromagnet(6) and the metal silicon is classified using electromagnet. The classified metal silicon is collected in a container(9).
