PURPOSE: A catheter including a lock with a roller is provided to highly improve the work efficiency by fixing a filament through rotating the roller, and to form and maintain a curved shape of a vertical end of a tube accurately by regularly controlling the tension of the filament. CONSTITUTION: A catheter comprises a hollow tube(10), a filament connected to the tube, and a lock(30) fixing one end of the tube or the filament. The lock includes a shaft(62) projected from the center of a rotation, a roller(61) forming a penetration hole(66) to insert the filament, a pair of guide members(64) with a slit(63) to insert the shaft of the roller, and a guide plate(65) connected to the outer circumference of the roller. Gear teeth are respectively formed in the outer circumference and guide plate of the roller.
