PURPOSE: A method for decorating interior and exterior decorate materials is provided to produce printing materials of high quality while performing a surface reforming pre-process without discharging of environmental pollution sources. CONSTITUTION: A method for decorating interior and exterior decorate materials includes the following steps: pre-heating a printed surface on which a transfer film is attached with an infrared heater(S10); surface-processing the printed surface of a printing material after producing plasma with discharge of two electrodes(S20); thermally transferring the transfer film by heat of an upper pressure roller while passing through the transfer film between an upper compressing roller and a lower compressing roller(S30); and removing residual films by cutting or separating the residual film from the object(S40).
