PURPOSE: A filler charging device of a groundwater observation well annular space is provided to reduce working time and facilitate post-processes as filler is not insufficient and left. CONSTITUTION: A filler charging device of a groundwater observation well annular space comprises a filler metering part(100), a mounting part(200), and a transport unit(300). The filler metering part comprises a graduate(110) with an opened top. A handle(120) is pivotally mounted on the upper end of the filler metering part. The filler metering part comprises a rotary control member(130) rotating the handle in the specific direction. The filler metering part comprises a metric display unit(140) measuring the filler amount according to the diameter of the annular space. The mounting part supports the filler metering part to be rotated.
