FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to peptide reagents which react with prion proteins, polynucleotides coding these peptide reagents, to the methods for preparing antibodies with using such peptide reagents and polynucleotides, and to the antibodies received with using these methods. There is declared recovered peptide reagent which mainly reacts with pathogenic forms of conformational disease protein in comparison with nonpathogenic forms of conformational disease protein where said peptide reagent is prepared of peptide protein fragment where said peptide reagent is prepared of peptide chosen from the group that includes peptides with SEQ ID NO: 12-132. ^ EFFECT: invention provides detection of pathogenic prions in a sample and can be used as components of a therapeutic or preventive composition and for formation of prion-specific antibodies. ^ 52 cl, 3 ex, 4 tbl, 5 dwg |
