FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: tobacco material is previously washed thrice, dried till moisture of 80% and cut into small pieces with size of up to 1.0 cm. Then sugar syrup, boild and cooled down to 10C, is taken, "Vanilla" flavor is added to it as aromatic substance, as well as food dye PONSO E 124, corn starch, honey, lemon, baking soda, glycerin, sodium benzoate, hydrate crystalline glucose. Specified components are mixed to produce homogeneous mass. Crushed tobacco material is added into produced mixture until it is fully submerged in specified mixture. Crushed tobacco material is soaked in mixture for 2 hours. Additionally, "Apple" flavor is added as aromatic substance. Specified components are mixed until evenly distributed in mixture of "Apple" flavor, and obtained product is tightly sealed. ^ EFFECT: simplified technology and expansion of product assortment with refined flavor and taste of tobacco smoke. ^ 1 ex |
