A bag (10) for containing a product (P), especially a food product that is preferably in the form of a granular product or a product in pieces, is made of a flexible material, preferably a plastic film, and comprises a front wall (12), a rear wall (14) and opposite side walls (16, 18), at least one of which is provided with a respective gusset defined by facing longitudinal flaps (19, 21 and 23, 25). The bag comprises a joining portion (33) between the front wall (12) and the rear wall (14) of the bag, said joining portion being provided on the extension of the respective flaps (23, 25) of the gusset (18) where means for gripping the bag are made. |
