A side wall of the body of railroad car for hot pellets includes a plating with loose fastening and a welded body in the form of a frame, which consists of lower and upper horizontal brace belts and two inclined swivel posts made from bent profile of box section, and a row of vertical posts and braces, which connect horizontal brace belts. The vertical posts of the row are made in the form of locked hollow volumetric elements, and braces are installed between the end pairs of vertical posts, symmetrically inclined toward the swivel posts, in the case the lower horizontal brace belt in most loaded areas of body is reinforced by local elongated edges-cover plates, and the latter additionally connect in the areas the vertical posts with lower horizontal brace belt and serve as elements for installation and welding the braces. |
