PROCESS FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF COKE WITH DEFINED PROPERTIES AND APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF

A process for continuous production of coke with defined properties comprises: heat preparation of coal to plastic state, formation of briquettes from coal charge, introduction of radioactive capsule through the gate into one of briquettes, by means of which the fact of start and finish of production of coke bath is fixed. The obtained coal briquettes are transported in forms with mounted electric heater along the coking chamber and the coal is gradually transformed into coke at the absence of oxygen, after that coke briquettes are cooled. The equipment set for continuous production of coke with defined properties is also described. Technical result: simplification of the coking process.
