A method for the surgical treatment of the complicated juxtacapillary ulcer comprises the selective vagotomy, antrumectomy, transpapillary transjejunal externally guided draining of the choledoch, the generation of gastroenteroanastomosis and entero-entroanastomosis according to Braun's technique. Upon the reimplantation of the area of the major duodenal papilla into the loop of jejunum, the drainage is exteriorized. Gastroenteroanastomosis is generated on the short loop according to Hofmeister-Finsterer technique. |
