PURPOSE: A polypropylene-based film packaging material is provided to improve a package conformance for a sandwich and others, to offer a packaging material with a low tearing strength including high linearity under a heating condition. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene-based film packaging material is non oriented film comprising a base layer and a surface layer. The base layer showing a thickness over 10 micrometers is composed of propylene homopolymer 99~99.97wt% with a melting point temperature over 162 deg C, and phosphoric ester metallic salts 0.03~1wt% as an organic crystal nucleating agent. The surface layer showing a thickness over 1 micrometer is composed of propylene-α olefine copolymer with a melting point temperature under 155 deg C.
