PURPOSE: Footwear with a foldable heel is provided, which is provided, which prevents the footwear from being transformed or worn away by the weight of a user when bends and wears the footwear. CONSTITUTION: Footwear with a foldable heel comprises a footwear back side part(60); and an elastic member(160) attached to one side piece of the footwear back side part. The elastic member is attached to at least one side of the footwear back side part of the footwear and is selected among rubber, synthetic resin, silicone, and band. A magnet or magnetic material is attached to and inserted into the footwear heel and inner one side of the footwear.
