ANTIBACTERIAL FUNCTIONAL RESIN FILM CONTAINING NODE PORES WITH EXCELLENT ANTIBIOTIC, STERILIZATION AND DEODORIZATION

PURPOSE: An antibacterial functional resin film containing node pores is provided to suppress alive bacteria and to prevent the generation of bacteria in packed food when packaging vegetables and food. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial functional resin film containing node pores comprises the steps of: removing harmfulness heavy metal and foreign materials from tourmaline and then supporting silica with micropores in the tourmaline to prepare silica-coated tourmaline; coating 4-10 nm nano silver metal to 3-4 nm uniform silica film with micropores to prepare silica coated silver; mixing the silica coated tourmaline and/or silica coated silver with resin(PE,PP)(7) to prepare an antibacterial functional resin film; and forming node pores(8) on the surface of the antibacterial functional resin film.
