Supply of waste water into accumulating reservoirs 3, 4, 5 is carried out cyclically according to scheme. According to scheme, each cycle is divided into subcycles, which include operations of filling, settling and drain, which are equal in time. In process of waste water settling, water samples are taken from reservoir and analysed, and on the basis of this analysis preparation is carried out for water drain from reservoir to biological treatment 16.
