PURPOSE: A navigation terminal with a voice and image guide function and a voice and image guide method using the same are provided to variously guide the driving by giving a voice guide recorded by various voices. A guide voice storage(142) stores the guide voice information generated according to the personal information or the operation information. A guide voice extractor(181) extracts the matched guide voice information by determining/comparing the personal information or operation information with the voice setting information. A character image storage(143) stores the character image of various facial expressions according to the personal information or the operation information.
