PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to additionally form a first and a second getter, and to improve the capability of a getter. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode display comprises: a first electrode(175) formed on an upper substrate(202); a getter pattern(164,166) which is formed with calcium, connected to the first electrode; a second electrode forming an electric field with the first electrode; an organic light-emitting layer(187) formed in between the first and the second electrode; a lower substrate(102) facing the upper substrate; a thin film transistor formed on the lower substrate; a spacer(184) connecting the thin film transistor and the second electrode; and a partition wall(181) separating the organic light-emitting layer and the second electrode in a sub pixel unit.
